Cancellation

Cancel in your account, or from the confirmation page, until 15 minutes before the start. The cash is refunded and the minutes return.

Inside that window the booking stands. If you do not arrive, the slot still ends on time.

An extension is a new charge for the extra minutes, at the same peak or off-peak rate. Cancel the original booking and the extension goes with it, on the same 15-minute rule measured from the original start.

If we cannot open the room, we refund the booking.
