Quietly, Zagreb, is the controller for the booking service at this website. Contact hello@quietly.malipa.uk.

We keep your name, email, bookings, door codes, minute balance, and invite link so we can run the room you paid for. Demand and venue forms are kept so the desk can reply.

The legal basis is the contract (the booking) and, for a neighbourhood request or a venue enquiry, the steps you asked us to take. A first-party cookie remembers your language, an invite code, a campaign tag, and a random visitor id so we can see how many visits become bookings. We do not sell this data and we do not run third-party ads.

Card numbers are handled by Stripe when that account is connected. In test mode no card is taken. Door codes are stored until the booking ends, then they stop working.

You can download your data from your account, correct it by writing to us, or delete the profile. Booking rows needed for the accounts may remain without your name on future mail. We keep booking records for up to 24 months, then delete or strip them.

You can complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP). We would like to hear from you first.
